Watel Solutions Corp. (WSC) ,a privately held C-corporation registered in Arizona, is a state of the art technology firm focusing on the development and commercialization of sustainable technological solutions to provide drinking water at affordable costs. Watel was started by a group of industrious African students from Arizona State University. The company stemmed from a desire to produce cheap clean water in their home continent, where more than one child dies every minute from Water born diseases.

         The company’s first such breakthrough solution is an award winning atmospheric water generator (AWG) that efficiently extracts humidity out of the air to create clean, drinkable water.

         The current proof-of-concept unit is capable of producing 36 gallons of clean, potable water per day, depending on humidity levels. It uses 1.8 Kw, about as much electricity as a hand held hair dryer. The commercial unit to be manufactured, named Watelo, is powered using less than 64 ft2 of photovoltaic panels. It will consume, less than half a kilowatt of electricity to produce about 3 gallons a water a day from air at 60% humidity. Lastly, this AWG is a foldable and resembles a cart-like mobile unit requiring only a single adult to move it with ease in both normal and odd terrain.

         To further this mission, Watel is embarking on a one year field research project in Cameroon to assess the continent’s needs and the viability of the Watelo prototype.

         In addition, Watel in partnership with O Premium Water is developing a line of Premium, high quality bottled waters.

         The company has just completed the consumer product adoption process. Business is rapidly expanding, and customers have been impressed by the quality of our water and our commitment to recycling.
